Du hast deine PS4 / PS5 oder auch XBOX über die Hue Sync Box und einen Digital Reciever laufen und kannst in der Konsole HDR nicht aktivieren? TV unterstützt kein HDR wird angezeigt?
Dies kann folgende Gründe haben……
1. Eines der HDMI Kabel unterstützt kein HDR oder du bist am falschen HDMI Eingang in der Sync Box
Lösung: Kabel tauschen ;) Überprüf welchen Eingang du in der Sync Box nutzt. Du solltest hier in HDMI 2 oder 4 Eingang gehen
2. Du hast in der Hue Sync APP „ARC-Bypass“ Aktiviert
Lösung: ARC-Bypass deaktivieren
3. Deine Konsole ist an der Sync Box angeschlossen, von der Sync Box gehst du auf deinen AVR und vom Reciever auf den TV.
Lösung: Überprüf ob dein Reciever auch HDR unterstützt. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, geh von der Sync Box direkt an den TV und nutz eine andere Signalquelle für den Ton am Verstärker. Da ich keine Xbox habe, weiss ich nicht welche Ausgänge dort noch zur Verfügung stehen. Bei der PS4 ist es beispielsweise per SDIF / Optischem Digitalkabel möglich.
Hier ist auch der Vorteil, dass das optische Digitalkabel wesentlich kleiner und auch flexibler ist als ein HDMI Kabel. Es läßt sich einerseits einfacher Verlegen, nimmt weniger Platz in Anspruch und man kann es sehr gut verstecken :)
Ich hoffe eines dieser Lösungen behebt dein Problem

This can be due to the following reasons……
1. One of the HDMI cables does not support HDR or you are using the wrong HDMI input in the sync box
Solution: swap cables ;) Check which input you are using in the sync box. You should go into HDMI 2 or 4 input here
2. You have activated „ARC bypass“ in the Hue Sync APP
Solution: Disable ARC bypass
3. Your console is connected to the sync box, from the sync box you go to your AVR and from the receiver to the TV.
Solution: Check if your receiver also supports HDR. If this is not the case, go from the sync box directly to the TV and use a different signal source for the sound on the amplifier. Since I don’t have an Xbox, I don’t know which outputs are still available there. With the PS4, for example, it is possible via SDIF / optical digital cable.
Here is also the advantage that the optical digital cable is much smaller and more flexible than an HDMI cable. On the one hand, it is easier to lay, takes up less space and you can hide it very well :)
